 EPV Group has been under Contract since 1999 to provide software enhancements, support, and maintenance for the Qwest central office engineering facilities management (COEFM) system. The system functions include equipment procurement, inventory, engineering effort, installation, and physical network connections. COEFM is a UNIX based CAD system that interfaces to an ORACLE RDBMS. It is used by up to 250 engineers and designers within the capacity provisioning process.
